East Coast Majorettes Given Funding

The Lords Feoffees have donated £1,000 to the East Coast Majorettes toward the cost of hiring a church hall for training.  Deputy Chief Lord, Dr Allan Watson presented a cheque for the donation to Julie Kirkham, Team Secretary, at a recent training session.  The East Coast Majorettes are an inclusive pom, dance, and military majorettes group who compete at a number of competitions.  The team began their first full season in 2022 with just 10 members and they have seen this number rise to over 30 following positive community engagement and competition success.
